May 21, 2015

Greetings Sorors of the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter,

First let me say how excited I am for the opportunity to lead us through the next 2 wonderful years as IAC’s Chapter President.  We are ending the Sorority Year with 280 Financial Sorors and already have a total of 211 Sorors who have paid thus far for the upcoming Sorority Year.  We are anticipating reaching well over 300 Sorors on our financial roster.  Sorors, how awesome. Be on the lookout for our Race to Round Up 2015 where we will officially kick of next Sorority Year.

As you know, we have been working toward raising funds for the 2016 Midwest Regional Conference. I appreciate those of you who have donated your time, supported a fundraising event and/or bought a shirt towards this effort.  Now, Sorors, it’s time to mentally prepare ourselves for this huge undertaking.  If you plan to participate on any level with the Regional Conference, please plan to join us on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 2:00 pm for our 1st Workshop….”Get Ready, Get Ready,Get Ready, Working Together Works”……..  This workshop will be held in the media center of Northwest High School.

All Sorors who are currently financial or who are not financial this year but have paid dues for the 2015-2016 Sorority year are invited to come. The workshop will be facilitated by Soror Kimberly Offord, Midwest Member, National Scholarship  Standards Committee.  In addition to preparing our sisterhood for the conference, you will receive information regarding the Circle City Classic Regional Conference Kick Off and much more.

We are calling all Sorors, Dolls, DIVAS and Dears.  We need everyone to bring an awesome end to this Sorority year and a great start to the upcoming year.  Be a part of the Grand Experience.  Register for the workshop via this link https://dstiac.wufoo.com/ by Tuesday, May 26, 2015. We need to get an accurate count of all attendees.

If you are not currently financial and would like to pay your dues and attend the workshop, please arrive between 12:00 and 12:45 with dues in hand to board the IAC Love Train. No baggage required aboard this train, instead we are bringing a sisterly spirit, a heart to serve and a fresh start for all.

Love you Sorors,
Have a great weekend!
Toot Toot!
