Health Awareness: Too Blessed To Be Stressed Yoga Event!

Greetings Sorors, Family, Neighbors and Friends,

Let’s collectively declare today that we are Too Blessed To Be Stressed! Many of us are all too familiar with juggling the myriad responsibilities of being moms, wives, professionals, active church members, committed to organizations, and community activists. Being at the top of your game in every facet of life is no easy feat, but so often we strive to attain this sometimes unattainable goal!

If we are all honest with ourselves and each other, at some point on another we have all said, thought or felt, I need a vacation, I’m tired, I feel overwhelmed, I need a girls night out, I’m stressed, I’m over it, and the list goes on and on. Whatever the sentiment, an outlet is always needed to rejuvenate, refresh, and restore our mind, body, & soul.

The Health Awareness Committee of IAC, is not only geared to address your physical fitness well-being but also committed to your mental happiness and health as well. To that end, on Saturday May 19th the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter of DST will host it’s first, Too Blessed To Be Stressed, Declaring Mental Health with “Me Time” Yoga Event!
